Shipping policy

We ship internationally. All items are carefully packed and delivered by Swiss Post.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.
• Switzerland: choose between two options —
  • PAC Post Economy (B-Post): CHF 7.50–
  • PAC Post Priority (A-Post): CHF 9.50–
• EU and international: shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Unless a different lead time is stated on the product page, orders are shipped within 1–3 working days for delivery within Switzerland. International shipments may take longer, depending on destination and customs processing.

Orders are processed and shipped after payment has been received and confirmed. Please note that no deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays.

Customs & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside of Switzerland, please note that the price you pay at checkout does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by your country's authorities. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering to find out what costs, if any, may apply.

Liability

We take care to ensure prompt and reliable delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier (Swiss Post) or by circumstances beyond our control, nor for packages deposited by Swiss Post in a mailbox or designated safe location in accordance with the carrier's own delivery practices. If you are concerned about packages being left unattended, we recommend contacting your local Swiss Post branch to arrange alternative delivery instructions (e.g. pickup at a post office, or delivery only against signature).
