Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, with day 1 being the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Made-to-order pieces – final sale

Some of our pieces, including The Cropped Vintage Blazer, are made to order. Each one is produced individually after your order is placed, which is why made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, contact us at shop@moneme.world and we'll gladly help you choose.

How to return an item

To register a return, contact us at shop@moneme.world or request a return via your customer account. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Orders outside Switzerland and the EU

For orders shipped outside Switzerland and the European Union, we do not accept returns. Cancellations are only possible until the order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, an order can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and make it right. This also applies to made-to-order pieces.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made-to-order pieces (including The Cropped Vintage Blazer)
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. Exchanges are not possible for made-to-order pieces or sale items.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason. This does not apply to made-to-order pieces or the other non-returnable items listed above. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shop@moneme.world.
