Deliveries & Shipping

We ship internationally. All items are carefully packed and delivered by Swiss Post.                                      

Shipping cost: For Switzerland can choose from two shipping options: Pac Post Economy (B-Post) CHF 7.- for shipping or Pac Post Priority (A-Post) for CHF 9.-.                                                              

FÄH Agency GmbH assures no liability for packages that are delivered too late or deposited. Please contact your local post office to avoid dumping your packages.

Delivery times: If no special information is given for the products, the goods will be delivered between 1-3 working days for Switzerland. International shipments might take longer. Delivery will be made after the time of the payment order and will be confirmed accordingly. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason in Switzerland and EU. The product has to be back at our facility after 14 days of receiving the package. Please contact us via mail shop@moneme.world for this.

Please note that we only take back unused orders and in the original packaging. Any costs for the return shipment are carried by the customer and are not carried by the FÄH Agency GmbH. The refund of the value of the goods (excl. shipping) takes place after receipt of the return and after examination within 5-7 working days.
